Recruitment in Kindred Fates is a method to gain more Kinfolk members to your team, once the player is an member of a Guild.
The mechanics of Recruitment is similarly to breeding mechanics from other monster collection genre games, but it allowed for more options, such as passing down knowledge, skills, known moves & stats based of the level of the teacher kinfolk to the student kinfolk.
